The Transport Access Program (TAP) upgrade consisted of upgrading Thornleigh and Normanhurst train stations with the addition of new lift shafts & landings, drainage and regrading of platforms, upgrading of stairs, handrails and surrounding amenities such as train & bus shelters, streetscaping, landscaping, paving and bricklaying, upgrade of drainage and resheeting of thornleigh carpark.

This included a combination of:

  • Demolition
  • Excavation
  • FRP
  • Waterproofing
  • Installation of a suspended slab
  • Temporary works
