Kilmac Civil has worked at Sydenham Station Junction for over 2.5 years which is part of the NSW Government major railway upgrade to allow for the introduction of the new Sydney Metro system.

This project involves upgrades and installation of station entrances, station concourse, pedestrian bridges, lifts, stairs and platforms to make way for both Sydney Metro and existing Sydney Trains services.

Since September 2018 Kilmac has completed numerous packages including:

Hoarding
Excavation
Shoring
Service Relocation
FRP of concrete to pile caps
Columns
Head Stocks
Lift Shafts
Pavement
Road Crossings
Streetscape Works

These various scope of works have had to overcome the challenges of live pedestrians, live traffic and subcontractor interface, however all scopes were completed under budget and before program.
